Your role will involve managing team operations, ensuring high-quality client care and achievement of therapy goals, and fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment. In addition to your Team Lead responsiblities, you will support a diverse paediatric caseload. The rough split of caseload to managerial responsiblities is is approx. 80%/20%. What you will need: Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy 4 Years post graduate experience - no previous leadership experience required Full AHPRA registration Unrestricted Australian Working Rights Car and unrestricted license Interested in this position or know someone who might be?
